Made in the traditional method from high-altitude vineyards in Piedmont’s prized Alta Langa region, this sparkling wine is Italy’s answer to Champagne. Cool hillside sites and long lees ageing give the wine finesse, freshness and complexity.
Pale straw in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is elegant and lifted, with aromas of crisp apple, citrus peel and white flowers, underpinned by subtle notes of brioche and hazelnut from extended time on lees. On the palate, it is vibrant and refreshing, with precise fruit, mineral tension, and a creamy mousse. The finish is long, dry, and refined.
