Albourne Estate is a family-owned vineyard and winery overlooking the beautiful South Downs, just 8 miles from Brighton in the heart of the Sussex countryside. They craft small quantities of award-winning still and sparkling English wine using their own sustainably grown grapes.
A white wine made from a blend of the red sparkling wine varietals Pinot Noir (50%) and Pinot Meunier (50%)!
A light, crisp, colour, fruit forward and intense on the nose with notes of wild strawberry, melon and cherry. In the mouth, the wine is smooth and exceptionally well balanced with a soft fresh finish.
Pair with dressed crab, fried mushrooms, mackerel, fish pate, trout, oysters, calamari, or a soft goats cheese and fennel salami!
