A beautiful Malbec from the higher altitude vineyards at Benegas Estate, above the Mendoza river. A well know geologist said this area has the highest percentage of calcareous soil in the Mendoza wine region.
Silky and elegant on the palate with strawberry and plum fruit, violets and a touch of minerality.
This is a medium-bodied wine with soft, rounded tannins from the 8-10 months in French oak barrel. It is easy and appealing to drink, velvety and smooth on the palate with a long finish.
