BITE Brighton oyster Festival curated by BITE Sussex runs from Friday 19th June to Sunday 26th June 2026 with various venues across Brighton hosting exciting events to celebrate oysters and the Brighton seafood scene. Many restaurants and bars are participating throughout the City.
