A captivating Bordeaux blend born from the deep, iron-rich clay soils of the Helderberg mountain, Pierre Le Cois is dedicated to the farmers whose wisdom and intuition shape great vineyards. The organically farmed grapes are aged for 18 months in oak (40% new, 60% seasoned), producing a wine of power, balance, and quiet soul.
On the nose, layers of dark plum, cassis, and graphite mingle with hints of cedar and warm spice. The palate is plush and refined — a seamless blend of fruit concentration and savoury complexity, lifted by fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins.
