Founded in 1685, Boschendal are one of South Africa's most historic wineries. Nestled between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, they have carefully tended vineyards in both regions allowing them to produce a wide range of styles. In recent years they have made a great push in sustainability, introducing regenerative farming practices and solar power for their winery.

Rich plum and blackberry fruit is complemented by hints of paprika and spicy oak on the nose. The palate combines balanced tannin with ripe red fruit notes and excellent freshness in the finish.
