The historic Halve Maan brewery in the centre of Bruges has been run by the Maes family for 6 generations. Keeping their traditional Belgian beer styles, they have put a lot of investment into sustainability in the last 20 years. They provide up to 65% of their own electricity with solar panels and have installed a green roof on their new bottling plant.
