Caiaffa are an organic vineyard and winery in Cerignola on the Puglian coast. Their vineyard work is centred on maintaining the natural biodiversity of the area, and protecting the health of their soils. They produce a range of bright and delicious wines from the local Puglian grape varieties.
Using the ancestral method they have crafted this vibrant and juicy pet-nat from the Nero de Troia grape. Fresh, leafy raspberries dominate the nose, with hints of dried flowers and some bready, yeasty notes. On the palate it is dry, with lots of frothy bubbles and fresh, red berry fruit. Perfect for parties, barbecues and the beach!
