The fruit for the Carmela Rose is sourced from their 127 year old vineyard which boasts pre-phylloxera, French Cabernet Franc vines.
This wine has minimal skin contact and no maceration. Expensive to make, this wine offers exceptional value.
A generous pink, with strawberries and cream on the palate. Dry with excellent minerality and a long finish.
