This wine has been made with 100% Garnacha grapes planted in the “Rambla del Peligrés” plot.
Manually harvested in small boxes, 50% whole bunches in small concrete vats, 50% destemmed but not crushed. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts occurs in concrete on the skins and stems at room temperature. Lightly pressed and aged in concrete tanks for a further 5 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2
Picota cherry color, with a medium layer and violet reflections, which denote its youth. Many red fruits on the nose such as raspberries and blackberries with clear floral nuances. Nice entry on the palate, fresh, light and fruity, it has a lively and vertical tannin. It has a very good acidity which allows it to show the juiciest and freshest expression of the Garnacha in the southeast of Spain, being a very pleasant and easy to drink wine.
