Domaine Philippe Colin was established back in 2004. Today, they farm 5 ha -12.5 acres of vineyards around the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, in the southern part of Côte de Beaune.
This Pinot Noir comes from Les Chênes, a good area for red wines, with more clay rich soils. The grapes are destemmed and aged in 228-litre barrels.
Cherry aromas with a hint of spice and some bramble notes. Ripe and juicy with fine tannic grip.
