The 18 hectares of Chateau Bellevue's vineyards encompass many of the finest climats of Morgon. Taking reigns of winemaking starting with the 2022 vintage, Elodie Rousselet has channelled her experience working in wineries across four continents to take the historic estate to the next level.
Aromas of cherries, wild berries, rose petals and liquorice introduce a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping wine that's deep and layered. Built around bright acids and melting tannins, it's ample but precise, concluding with a long, expansive finish. This is a particular success chez Burgaud this year
