Perched on the hill of Bellevue, the 19th-century Château de Bellevue overlooks the village of Ville-Morgon, home to one of Beaujolais’ most renowned Crus. The wines are crafted using a mix of stainless steel, French oak barriques, and concrete, all from hillside vineyards owned by the estate.
This classic Morgon is beautifully perfumed with subtle spice, brimming with red and black fruits. A touch of firmness and bright acidity adds to its complexity. Richer and fuller-bodied than typical Beaujolais, it pairs wonderfully with game birds like guinea fowl or pheasant.
