This is a light, juicy red made from Malbec, designed to be served chilled. The grapes were picked early and vinified using semi-carbonic maceration, a method popular in Beaujolais, followed by an 8-day fermentation and brief ageing in stainless steel before bottling. Bursting with fresh red fruit notes like cranberry and rhubarb, it’s soft on tannins and full of supple, vibrant charm.
