30 to 90-year-old vines. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for at least a year in 50-hL
oak barrels and partly in second-use barriques. Aged a further 6 months in bottle before release.
Intense ruby colour with light garnet undertones with ageing. Immediate typicity of Barbera on the nose with a slight spiciness. Pleasantly full and harmonious flavour
Pairs well with hearty dishes such as grilled meats, stews, game and mature cheeses.
