The Vignerons de Terres Secretes co-operative make some of our best-selling fizz in their region. We loved their Blanc de Blancs, so we decided we had to try their Pinot Noir-Chardonnay blend as well!
The vines are located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais mountains. The vines grow in clay-limestone soils and the wine is made in the traditional méthode champenoise. They age the wine two years on the lees.
Lovely balance between richness and freshness, with hints of pastry and almond alongside fresh apple and white peach fruit. Soft persistent bubbles and a long dry finish make for a very classy bubbly for the price!
