Jean-Christophe Bott took control of the estate in 1993 , he then converted it to biodynamics in 2002. They tend 15 hectares around southern Alsace. The Elements series is about creating elegant wines to pair with food.
Intense and perfumed aromas of rose petals and lychee, spices and honey. It has a rich texture, lightly off-dry but with fine acidity and a little bit of grip for balance. In Alsace this is drunk with cheeses or foie gras, but it is equally delicious with aromatic Asian dishes.
