Jean-Christophe Bott took control of the estate in 1993 , he then converted it to biodynamics in 2002. They tend 15 hectares around southern Alsace. The Elements series is about creating elegant wines to pair with food.
A drier style of Gewurztraminer from Alsace, still displaying the heady perfume of lychee, rose petals and orange blossom typical of this variety alongside a honey and dried apricot notes on the nose. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, the ripe fruitiness is balanced by a lovely citrus peel-like bitterness on the finish.
