Founded in 1965 and now run by Bruno's son Francois, his wife Regine and their son Antoine. This is a domaine with a reputation for rich, spicy and complex white wines. They work with a patchwork of terroirs around their home village of Eguisheim to complement their different grape varieties, always with low yields to encourage depth and concentration.
Thsi wine is elegant, mineral-tinged and fresh. On the nose, you’ll find delicate floral notes and a touch of lime zest, giving way to citrus and orchard-fruit aromas. On the palate it’s dry, clean and lively, lean lemon and green apple come through alongside a crisp acidity and subtle saline minerality. The finish is precise and fresh, with a smooth, refined texture.
