A very special white wine from old vines of the rare Lebanese varieties Obeidi and Merwah, some older than 100 years grown in remote mountain vineyards.
Despite it's low alcohol (just 11%) this is packed with complexity, savoury and mineral rather than overtly fruity. Salted almonds and petrichor notes, russet apple and green fig fruit and a superbly long finish.
