Domaine Emma et Christian Sorine is a family domaine in the Côte Chalonnaise, based in the village of Buxy. Christian Sorine began working the family vineyards in the 1980s, and today the domaine is run together with his daughter Emma. They focus on expressing the character of their vineyards through careful, sustainable work and traditional Burgundy winemaking, producing wines that are fresh, precise and approachable.
Fresh and elegant Chardonnay with aromas of ripe pear, green apple, white flowers and a touch of citrus. The palate is smooth and well balanced, combining refreshing acidity with a gentle roundness and a subtle mineral finish. A clean, versatile Burgundy Chardonnay that works beautifully as an aperitif or with seafood, poultry and soft cheeses.
