Domaine Emma et Christian Sorine is a family-run estate in Buxy, in the Côte Chalonnaise. Christian has been working the family vineyards since the 1980s, and today he is joined by his daughter Emma. The domaine focuses on careful vineyard work and traditional winemaking, aiming to produce fresh, expressive Burgundy wines that show the character of the local terroir.
Bright and fresh Pinot Noir with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and strawberry, alongside a subtle earthy and spicy touch. The palate is light to medium-bodied, with juicy red fruit, gentle tannins and fresh acidity. Easy-drinking and elegant, with a clean finish that makes it very versatile with food.
