While not yet certified, the estate integrates organic and biodynamic practices, striving for minimal intervention and a natural approach to viticulture. Sous le Puits, meaning "under the well," is named after an old stone well nestled among the vines. The name feels particularly fitting for this clear and refreshing Puligny-Montrachet, a wine of remarkable purity and elegance.
