This good value Bourgogne Rouge comes from two plots of Pinot Noir vines just south of Savigny.
The fruit is hand harvested and fermented using natural yeasts and aged 10 months 50/50 in old oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks.
Classic, pure and elegant expression of Pinot Noir. Soft tannins and fresh fruit profile. Drinking well now but will age.
