Domaine Lionel Faury is a small family estate in the northern Rhône, known for carefully tending old vines and letting the terroir shine. Their “La Berne” comes from a prized, old-vine parcel, producing expressive and elegant Condrieu.
The 2022 La Berne has a pale golden colour and aromas of ripe apricot, peach, and gentle floral notes. On the palate it is rich yet graceful, with juicy stone-fruit flavours, a touch of minerality, and a smooth, slightly nutty finish. It’s a refined, approachable Condrieu that showcases the vineyard’s character.
