A blend of 80% Palomino and 20% Pedro Ximénez, this exquisite wine offers vibrant aromas of maple syrup, brown sugar, shoe polish, raisin and chocolate. Smooth and rich, the flavours of prune, burned orange peel and sweet spices balance the opulent sweetness. Each wine is separately matured in its own solera for 12 years before blending and an additional three years ageing.
