Christine and Daniel Chaussy, sister and brother, are the fifth generation to work on the estate. The sixth generation has since joined them. Located in Orange, north of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the estate covers 11 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 19 hectares of Côtes du Rhône Villages, and 2 hectares of Vin de France. The estate has been certified organic since 2012.
50% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah from organic vineyard sites Palestor and Clos Saint-Pierre.
The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard. Winemaking is traditional, with temperature control. The wine is aged in vats and barrels.
A fruity wine with supple, elegant tannins and a lovely, lingering finish.
