Considering the finished wine is ten years old, it is bursting with freshness and flavour. The Fino Inocente is made from grapes grown in Valdespino’s own vineyard, Marcharnudo Alto.
This wine is straw-yellow in colour. The aromas are delicate and complex, with notes of almonds and a saline tang. On the palate it is savoury, with flavours of green apple, sea salt and toasty yeast. The barrel fermentation adds extra body and structure. Long and complex on the finish.
