Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile and other unknown grapes. The vineyard implements organic practices and makes wines from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilisers and herbicides in the vineyard.
Vittorio Graziano began by tending a half hectare of his family's vines, befriending the village's old "contadini" who bestowed their work methods and advice. Today he tends to 5 hectares and makes sparkling red wine with passion.
This amazing wine is deep ruby-purple, with a frothy rim mousse. Aromas of black cherries and bitter peels. It is dry on the palate, a little frothy with intense flavours of blackberry and dried-herbs, wrapped around in a core of grainy and firm tannins. A great example of the style.
