The fruit flavours echo those on the nose, peach and apple, but there’s also a touch of citrus zest that brings freshness. The acidity is bright but well integrated, giving the wine a lively energy. Barrel influence is gentle, you get a soft creaminess and a sense of weight, without anything feeling oaky or heavy.
The finish is long and dry, with a clean, mineral character and a slight saline edge that lingers. It’s a Chardonnay that balances richness and precision, it's elegant, structured, and a real treat!
