A Meursault style Chardonnay from South Africa.
This wine is made from three parcels, in Stellenbosch, Simonsberg and Franschhoek, which allows a balance of sunshine warmth and high altitude freshness. This 100% Chardonnay was fermented in oak and aged on its lees, resulting in a textured, lightly creamy wine with great minerality and crispness.
Holden Manz is a 22 hectare estate situated between Franschhoek and Stony Vale. They make a range of wines, and are a great place to visit should you find yourself in the Cape.
