The grapes come from a quality grower in Abruzzo. The hilly vineyards are on clay, sand and gravel soil. Stainless steel fermentation, followed by a short period on fine lees.
Fresh, crisp and dry, with aromas of citrus and white peach. The palate is dry and mineral-driven, with bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
Pair it with fresh seabass, a generous helping of samphire and lashings of Italian olive oil and lemon juice. Or any other fish, salads, and light dishes. Also good by itself!
