From one of the Northern Rhône’s most exciting modern négociant projects, founded in 2015 by Nicolas Jaboulet alongside the Perrin family and key Rhône figures. The house works with top growers across the appellations to craft wines that faithfully express their origins.

This Condrieu is sourced from high-altitude vineyards on the Côteau de Cherry and Côteau de Rozay, where granite soils with loess topsoil provide the perfect setting for Viognier. The elevation is key, helping retain freshness and balance in a grape often known for opulence.

Vinified with a focus on purity and aromatic clarity, the wine undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel, followed by a short élevage and early bottling to preserve its vibrant character and natural expression.

In the glass, it shows a pale yellow hue. The nose is intense and beautifully perfumed, with layers of citrus, ripe apricot and exotic fruit, underscored by a subtle spice. The palate is elegant and finely balanced, combining the richness of Viognier with a surprising freshness and lift. A vibrant, sapid acidity carries through to a long, expressive and aromatic finish.
