The word Mezzogiorno, translating literally as midday, is a colloquial Italian term, used to refer to the south of Italy and this winemaker of the same name has been set up to produce affordable wines that are the best reflections of some of southern Italy’s most popular wines.
Made with Fiano, fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with bottling taking place within 4 months. Mild intense straw yellow colour. Aromatic and floral nose, with notes of peach, lychee, and a fromage frais like characteristic. Crisp, fresh, and mineral, with stone fruit following through on the palate.
