Wine producers MaryAnn and Larry Tsai named this cuvee after their daughter Paige as part of their limited edition Sisters’ Series. From a 70-acre vineyard in the heart of the Russian River Valley, this Chardonnay is expressive and aromatic. Barrel fermented and aged for 16 months on the lees, with 45% new french oak. There is weight and suppleness with flavours of juicy pear, white stone fruits and hints of crystallized ginger. There is minerality and a pleasing acidity on the finish.
