From a dynamic, forward-thinking duo in the south of France, Pierre & Antonin is the project of friends Pierre Caizergues and Antonin Bonnet, who are championing a more sustainable and natural approach to winemaking in Languedoc-Roussillon. Working with organic practices, resistant grape varieties and minimal intervention in the cellar, including no added sulphites, their wines are as environmentally conscious as they are expressive. Even down to the details, from lightweight bottles to locally sourced corks, every element reflects a commitment to reducing impact.
On the nose, it is bright and inviting, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and a gentle hint of forest floor. The palate is light-bodied and silky, with juicy red fruit, soft tannins and lively acidity bringing balance and lift.
