A fresh and expressive white from Portugal’s Dão region, made from a trio of native grapes; Malvasia Fina, Encruzado, and Cerceal Branco. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at cool, controlled temperatures in stainless steel, before the wine rests for six months in tank to preserve its purity and brightness.
On the nose, it shows zesty lemon and crisp green apple, lifted by hints of wet stone minerality. The palate is lively and refreshing, with bright citrus fruit and a savoury, mineral edge, finishing clean and crisp.
An ideal partner to grilled fish, seafood, or classic salt cod croquettes.
