Known as one of the highest quality Co-operatievs in the world this winery has been collecting the grapes from local producers in Piedmont since 1894. Now with 50 families tending their precious vineyards in order to produce the best possible Nebbiolo grapes. The wines will age for many years to come, older vintages are incredibly rare and sought after, especially the single vineyards.
Ageing: 36 months in large oak barrels and 9 months in bottles
