We love these drinks!! This is superb! It's made using an original recipe dating back to the 1800's. The cherries used to make it are sourced locally from the Turin Hills of Piedmont and picked when they are at optimal ripeness.
Both local red and white cherries are infused with Alcohol for three months. After the first infusion they are infused again with a mixture of spices and sugar syrup, which creates the finished product.
It's intensely fruity and floral, great served on its own over ice, or poured over ice cream for a decadent dessert. It also makes a superb cocktail ingredient.
