Fermented and aged in foudres and 500-litre amphoras, this is a typically refined Reyneke white that speaks of the granite soils of the Polkadraai Hills. White pepper, hay and petrichor aromas lead you gently into a palate of citrus, lemongrass and quince complemented by a nip of tannin.
