An elegant and expressive Vino Nobile, made without added sulphur and crafted using Salcheto’s innovative system of capturing natural CO₂ from fermentation to gently pump over the wine. The nose is savoury and perfumed, with notes of dark cherry skins, dried herbs, and subtle earthy spice.
The palate shows lovely, mellow fruit with a fine, soft grip and well-judged balance. Savoury undertones and pure, dark berry flavours carry through to a long, graceful finish. A refined, characterful expression of Sangiobese ("Prugnolo Gentile") that’s both thoughtful and delicious.
