Santa Catarina’s tuna is pole-and-line caught in the Atlantic, and renowned for its pinkish colour and delicate taste. These delicious fillets come in an olive oil infused with rosemary, and are great with salad greens, the oil drizzled over the top with a squeeze of lemon juice for some cut through.
