A Pinot Noir representative of the cool and windy microclimate of the Sonoma Coast AVA. The low yielding vines lend an intensity to the wine but retain a brightness of fruit. The wine is aged in large neutral oak casks, stainless steel, and older French oak barrels to keep new oak flavours to a minimum.
Raspberry and strawberry fruit with some earthy forest floor aromas. Lively with bright acidity with some subtle notes of herbs and spice.
Works well will grilled or barbecued fish or poultry.
