The 2021 vintage is a concentrated and bold Cabernet Sauvignon. Made by The Stewarts who are a famous Napa family, producing Slingshot from fruit grown in the North Coast region.
On the nose, strawberry, rhubarb pie, black pepper, clove, and fresh blueberry.
On the palate, flavours of baked fig, mild cigar box, and blackcurrant, with a bold, gravely tannin structure. A touch of oak to add a roundness.
90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 2% Petit Sirah.
