The region of Soave is in central northern Italy, its an area famed for Prosecco and Valpolicella. Its also known for its dry and mineral style of wines that use the grape varietal Garganega. This is light, clean and bright with a lovely floral nose and notes of ripe peach and almond. The wine shows excellent depth on the palate and a lovely balance between ripe, aromatic fruit and fresh, zingy acidity.
