This is the winery’s signature Albariño, made with grapes grown on their own vineyards in O Rosal, a southern part of Rías Baixas, near the Atlantic coast and the Miño River. The 2023 vintage brings back a more traditional style. It's fresh, floral, and full of bright citrus flavour.
Compared to the warmer 2022 vintage, 2023 was a little cooler, which gives the wine a cleaner, more refined character. You’ll notice aromas of mandarin, peach, and orange blossom. On the palate, it’s zesty and lively, with a mix of citrus and stone fruit, plus a soft touch of honeysuckle.
It’s crisp and refreshing, yet smooth enough to enjoy easily. The vibrant fruit and floral notes give it a long, flavourful finish. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, especially mussels, oysters, or a seafood pasta or risotto.
