Unlike many Californian Chardonnays, this one is fully aged in stainless steel, allowing the bright fruit flavours to shine without the influence of oak.
Zesty lemon and juicy tropical pineapple take centre stage, delivering a fresh and vibrant palate with a crisp, clean finish. To enhance texture and complexity, the wine undergoes bâtonnage (lees stirring), which adds a subtle richness and hints of brioche, creating the perfect balance between freshness and depth.
