Winzerhof Stahl is a vibrant and innovative estate led by one of Germany’s most exciting winemakers, Christian Stahl. Since founding the winery in 2005, Christian has gained international recognition, earning numerous awards for his bold approach and exceptional craftsmanship. With a firm commitment to sustainability, the winery is run using solar energy from solar panels, for heating they use firewood taken from the property’s forest, and natural spring water for all cleaning purposes comes from the winery’s well. Manual harvesting and a rigorous selection of fruit are followed by fermentation using natural yeasts, long lees contact, and a reductive winemaking process throughout.
This expressive blend of Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling is crisp, refreshing, and beautifully balanced. Bright minerality and moderate acidity enhance its juicy flavours of elderberry and apple, leading to a long, satisfying finish.
