Hunt's Crowman Cider 6.4%

Norman Hunt & Sons are a family farming business who have been growing apples since the 1930s. They are still following their family traditions and values, growing cider apple varieties such as Harry Masters Jersey, Dabinett, Coat Jersey, Kingston Black, Brown’s Apple, Ashton Bitter, Michelin, Yarlington Mill, Chisel Jersey, Vilberie and Brown Snout, plus many other lesser known varieties. Their orchards benefit from ‘Ashdown Sand’ soils, located in the rolling hills of Sedlescombe.

Their ciders are made with passion and care, using traditional methods and ZERO chemical input, allowing their farm to be a haven for nature and their products to be free from toxic residues. Their apples ripen naturally and are only harvested when fully mature and falling from the tree, giving maximum sugar levels and full development of the many subtle flavour components.

The end product of all this care and attention? A delicious range of natural tasting ciders each with its own distinct character.

A vibrant amber colour with amazing complex flavours to stimulate and delight the most discerning palate. Ideal for those who enjoy a stronger taste, the approach of Autumn and the long winter evenings. Also great added to a batter for fish!

Fine Cider

This has the sweetness of the apples and not that of sugar.
A tad fizzy for me.
