Delavenne have been family owned since 1920, they produce wine from their own Grand Cru vineyards from Bouzy, Ambonnay and Cramant. They do not use any chemicals in their vineyards and the wine is vegan. This is very precise wine making They blend only from two different vintages, largely from single plots.
60% Pinot noir and 40% Chardonnay. No malolactic fermentation, no cold flash pasteurization so that we can preserve all the best of the terroir. Vinified in Stainless Steel.
